Investment and portfolio workflows
We have screened CIMs and prepared initial readouts, created investment committee materials, built financial models and investment analyses, collected portfolio KPIs, and drafted quarterly LP reports. We know where the hours go, what good output looks like, and where investor judgment must remain human.
Operating-company workflows
We have worked on operating problems directly, and that experience shapes how we serve portfolio companies. Our team knows what it is like when a rollup runs 17 different ERPs, a product catalog fills with duplicative SKUs, and weekly performance reporting consumes much of the finance team's time.
